gamigo Reveals the Winners of its Fantastical Cosplay Contest!

Spanning over three different categories and five games, gamigo announced the ten best costumes of their annual competition.

Hamburg, May 17, 2021 - With live events still on hold, gamigo invited its players to participate in a creative online cosplay contest instead, where they could showcase their sewing and crafting skills and win amazing prizes.

People were able to choose their costume from five different games in the categories Fantasy, Anime and Rogue-lite. Eager spellcasters, warriors and daring archers could take on the role of one of their colourful MMO characters from Aura Kingdom, Fiesta Online, Grand Fantasia and ArcheAge. Whereas more tactical inclined participants might have turned to one of their Heroes from Atlas Rogues for inspiration instead.

Once everyone handed in their grand outfits, a jury, together with the community decided who'd advance to the next round and ultimately emerge as the grand winner of the contest. Of course, every submission looked equally stunning but in the end the jury decided on ten winners in total, who were rewarded with grand prizes worth up to 2500 EUR. First place went to Xia.cosplay and her amazing Brilliant Erenor armor iteration from gamigo's mythical online game ArcheAge.

Take a look at the winners and their breathtaking cosplays below!
